These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ThreadPay ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our payment processing platform and associated services. 1. Age Verification and Eligibility

  • Strict 18+ Policy: You MUST be at least 18 years of age to use ThreadPay. During registration, we require you to enter your date of birth, and any individual under 18 is strictly prohibited from accessing our services.
  • Legal Capacity: You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that you are of legal age to access and view adult content in your jurisdiction.
  • Age Verification: We reserve the right to verify your age at any time. Providing false information regarding your age is grounds for immediate account termination.

2. Nature of Service

  • Payment Processing: ThreadPay primarily functions as a payment processing platform that facilitates transactions between users and models on Telegram.
  • Adult Content: You acknowledge that conversations with models may contain explicit adult content and mature themes that are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the nature, quality, or appropriateness of conversations between users and models. Users interact with models at their own discretion and risk.

3. Information Collection

  • Required Information: To use ThreadPay, we collect your name, email address, Telegram number, and date of birth to verify you are at least 18 years old.
  • Communication: All communication with models occurs via Telegram. ThreadPay is not responsible for the content of these communications.
  • Privacy: For more information on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4. Payments and Billing

  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
  • Fees: We may charge fees for certain services. All applicable fees will be disclosed to you prior to processing your payment.
  • Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Subscription Services: If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
  • Payment Security: We do not store your complete payment details. Sensitive payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

  • Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using ThreadPay.
  • Prohibited Activities: You may not use ThreadPay for any illegal, harmful, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or exploitative purposes.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Impersonation: Impersonating any person or entity, providing false information, or attempting to bypass age verification is strictly prohibited.
  • No Exploitation: ThreadPay has zero tolerance for sexual exploitation, human trafficking, or any form of non-consensual sexual content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ThreadPay, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by ThreadPay or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of ThreadPay without our express written consent.

7. Termination and Account Suspension

  • Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for legal compliance.
  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access and use ThreadPay will immediately cease, and we may delete or deactivate your account and all associated information.
  • Survival: All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • As-Is Basis: ThreadPay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • No Control Over Communications: We do not control and are not responsible for the content of communications between users and models on Telegram.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThreadPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ThreadPay and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of ThreadPay, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
